I have noted down all the possibilities (on safety), so I am going to note down the almost impossible danger aspects of Lipat Kajang.
Earth quake, it has not happened before and Allah’s willing it will not happen. Remote possibilities? Anything can happen if we think it that way.
The other danger is the presence of strong wind. How strong? Typhoon? Has not happened yet. And it may not happen. But strong crosswind can happen where house roofs have been known to be ripped off. My late grandmother used to tell me that strong crossed wind is men created. And Allah created the wind due to man’s errors in life. What are these errors? My late grandmother said things like abortion or abandoning new born babies is one of them. The other is when you start laughing at dog mating, when they get ‘stuck’ together. She said that its ‘celau’, or probably translated as ‘bringing bad omen’. And how do you stop this strong crossed wind? Strong medicine is needed, one has to slice (Malay = toreh) the person who created the ‘celau’ on his/her back with a sharp knife. Pretty scary that. But in all my life I have not seen such thing ever done.
Lipat Kajang is quite a safe place to live in.
Lipat Kajang people (or decendents) are encouraged to participate& contribute (Orang Lipat Kajang, atau keturunan, di jemput memberi sumbangan idea)

even the big floods had never totally submerged Kg Lipat Kajang to the extent of wiping out all life forms, like in Aceh, a tsunami probably will, but of course only a different kind of tsunami can run down Kg LK of whatever evils or "sumpahan" that has left Kg LK Pahang in realtime deprivations
Kg Lipat Kajang Pahang is and will forever be a safe place to stay or reside, alhamdulillah and insya'Allah
